As Macro Solutions employees, we are responsible for developing and implementing ideas and actions designed to achieve Macro Solutions’ Mission, Vision and Values. The methods we employ to attain results are as important as the results themselves. Thus Macro Solutions expects that its employees will observe the highest standards of integrity in the conduct of business.

This booklet sets forth important policy statements which deal with standards of business conduct. As employees of macro Solutions, we are expected to review these policies periodically and apply their principles to our daily work. An employee who has questions concerning any aspect of these policies should not hesitate to ask management. These are foundation policies Macro Solutions and they set the tone for the conduct of our business.

No employee at Macro Solutions has the authority to make exceptions to these policies. Regardless of how much difficulty we encounter or pressure we face in performing our deliverables, no situation can justify their willful violation. Macro Solutions’ reputation depends on the complete understanding of, and compliance with, these policies.
